为解决压入式通风系统安装消音器后叶轮出现裂纹的情况,基于SolidWorks构建通风系统的三维模型并导入CFD软件中开展数值模拟仿真研究,分析导致叶轮出现裂纹的主要原因,重点对进气风道的几何尺寸和消音片的形状进行改进;最后,对改进后的通风系统的内部流场进行分析,验证了本次改进的有效性。
Improvement and Simulation of Coal Mine Ventilation Fan Intake Ducts
In order to solve the problem of impeller cracks after installing silencers in the press-in ventilation system,a three-dimensional model of the ventilation system is constructed based on SolidWorks and imported into CFD software to carry out numerical simulation,analyse the main causes of the cracks in the impeller,and improve the geometric dimensions of the intake ducts and the shapes of the silencers;finally,the internal flow field of the ventilation system is analysed and the effectiveness of the improvement is verified.Finally,the internal flow field of the improved ventilation system is analysed to verify the effectiveness of this improvement.
