Strength and Optimisation of Torque Shafts in the Cut-Off Section of a Coal Miner
Taking MG900/2210GWD coal mining machine as an example,a torque shaft optimisation design of the cutting section of coal mining machine is introduced.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,combined with the basic structure of the torque shaft,the finite element simulation model of the torque shaft is constructed,and based on this,the strength simulation analysis of the torque shaft is implemented from the perspectives of static simulation and modal simulation.After confirming the weak points of torque shaft according to the analysis results,three kinds of torque shaft optimisation designs are introduced,and then the best design is obtained through the finite element simulation analysis,and the best design is applied to engineering practice,which confirms that the comprehensive performance of torque shaft can be improved effectively.
