Optimisation Analysis of Transformer Tank Shielding Thickness
As an important equipment of power transmission and transformation system,transformer has an important impact on the use of power system.During the use of transformer,large magnetic leakage is generated,which causes the temperature rise of transformer tank and power loss,threatening the safe use of transformer.For the magnetic leakage distribution of the transformer tank,the magnetic shielding structure of silicon steel sheet is used to attenuate the magnetic leakage intensity,and the effectiveness of the magnetic shielding structure is verified through the simulation calculation of MagNet software.Further simulation analysis for the role of different thickness of magnetic shielding structure,the results show that the greater the thickness of the magnetic shielding structure,the greater the attenuation of the magnetic leakage intensity of the oil tank,which is conducive to the safety and stability of the transformer.
