带式输送机托辊有限元分析及结构改进研究

在对带式输送机托辊结构进行概述的基础上,利用ANSYS软件建立托辊的有限元模型。结果发现管体和轴承座的强度均能满足许用要求,但刚度均超过了许用要求。通过在管体中间区域设置25 mm厚度腹板结构的方式对托辊机构进行优化改进,发现优化后的最大应力和变形均出现大幅度降低,且使得结构的刚度能够满足使用要求。将改进后的托辊结构应用到带式输送机工程实践中,通过6个月时间的现场调试,发现托辊结构具有良好的运行效果,预期使用寿命可延长20%左右,可为企业创造很好的经济效益。
Research on Finite Element Analysis and Structural Improvement of Belt Conveyor Roller
Based on the overview of the belt conveyor roller structure,the finite element model of the roller was established by ANSYS software.It was found that the strength of both the tube body and the bearing seat could meet the permissible requirements,but the stiffness exceeded the permissible requirements.The optimisation of the roll mechanism is carried out by setting a 25 mm thickness web structure in the middle region of the tube body,and it is found that the maximum stress and deformation are greatly reduced after optimisation,and the stiffness of the structure can meet the requirements.The improved roller structure is applied to the belt conveyor engineering practice,through the 6-month on-site commissioning,it is found that the roller structure has a good operating effect,and the expected service life can be extended by about 20%,which can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
