Static Analysis and Structural Optimisation of Hydraulic Support Roof Beam Structure under Partial Load Condition
Taking the roof beam structure of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support as the research object, the static mechanical condition of the roof beam under partial load condition was analysed based on the finite element method. It is found that the roof beam structure has obvious stress and deformation concentration phenomenon, especially the stress is large at several positions, and the maximum stress value reaches 966 MPa,which exceeds the material yield limit of 690 MPa,and it is the reason that the roof beam is prone to fracture and deformation. The structural optimisation of the top beam was carried out by increasing the thickness of the fascia plate and setting diagonal reinforcement to improve its strength and stiffness. As a result, the maximum stress and the maximum deformation under the same working condition were reduced by 41.9%and 26.76%,respectively.Through one year's practical application,it is found that the optimised roof beam structure achieves the expected effect.
