Finite Element Contact Analysis and Optimisation of Sprocket Wheel of a Mining Scraper Conveyor
Based on the working principle and basic structure of mining scraper transporter,a structural optimisation scheme of sprocket wheel of mining hanging plate transporter is introduced.According to the structure of the sprocket wheel of the scraper conveyor,a finite element simulation model is constructed,combined with the theory of finite element contact analysis,the finite element contact analysis of the sprocket wheel of the scraper conveyor is implemented,and according to the analysis results,a structural optimization scheme of the sprocket wheel of the mining scraper conveyor is introduced.In order to verify the feasibility of the sprocket structure optimisation scheme,the optimisation scheme is applied to the production practice of a coal mine.Finally,it is confirmed that the optimisation scheme of sprocket structure of mining scraper conveyor has strong feasibility.
