摘要

以EBZ160型悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,介绍一种掘进机截割减速器传动系统拓扑优化方法.具体拓扑优化方法中引入有限元仿真分析法,从静力学分析和模态分析两个角度实施悬臂式掘进机截割减速器传动系统有限元仿真分析,根据有限元分析结果,采用拓扑优化方法实施传动系统拓扑优化.为验证传动系统拓扑优化方法的可行性,将拓扑优化方法应用于工程实践,对比传统数值计算方法优化结果,证明拓扑优化方法具有较强的可行性和应用优势.

Abstract

Taking EBZ160 cantilever type roadheader as the research object,a topology optimisation method of roadheader cut-off reducer transmission system is introduced.In the specific topology optimization method,finite element simulation analysis is introduced,and finite element simulation analysis of the transmission system of cut-off reducer of cantilever type roadheader is carried out from the perspectives of static analysis and modal analysis,and according to the results of the finite element analysis,the topology optimization method is adopted to implement the topology optimization of the transmission system.In order to verify the feasibility of the drive system topology optimisation method,the topology optimisation method is applied to engineering practice,and the optimisation results compared with the traditional numerical calculation method prove that the topology optimisation method has strong feasibility and application advantages.
