Research on the Stability Technology of ZZ9200 Hydraulic Support
Aiming at the shortcomings of ZZ9200 hydraulic support working on soft coal seam with large inclination angle,which often cause tipping and sliding and affect the safety of underground support,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the stability of support,the ultimate tipping and sliding angle of the hydraulic support working on soft coal seam are determined.Measures such as bending arrangement of the surface,pseudo-sloping arrangement and optimisation of the bracket anti-slip have been adopted.The practical application in underground shows that the new hydraulic support stability control scheme can improve the efficiency of underground integrated mining by 7.9%,reduce the sliding and tipping accidents of the support by 95%,and greatly improve the efficiency and safety of underground integrated mining operation.
