液压支架板件坡口焊接质量的提高研究

摘要
以某矿液压支架板件坡口的焊接工作为例,先进行焊接工作的现状分析,然后进行坡口切割工艺及角度的优化,最后讨论优化后的实际焊接质量,以期望可以提高液压支架的焊接工艺水平,满足矿企的发展需要.
Abstract
Taking the welding work of the bevel of hydraulic bracket plate as an example,firstly,we will analyse the current situation of the welding work,then we will optimize the cutting process and angle of the bevel,and finally,we will discuss the actual welding quality after optimization,so as to expect that we can improve the level of the welding process of the hydraulic bracket,and to meet the needs of the development of the mining enterprises.
