Research on Energy-Saving Optimal Control Method of a Belt Conveyor
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of belt conveyor,an energy-saving optimal control method is designed to monitor the coal flow,and according to the detection results,a PLC-based frequency conversion speed control controller is designed to realize the frequency conversion speed control of the belt conveyor,and an information processing platform of ground control centre is designed on the ground to realize the data collection and processing.The application effect shows that the saved power consumption is about 175 kW-h,the energy-saving efficiency η is about 31.25%,and the estimated total power saving for the whole year is about 787,500 kW-h,and the enterprise saves about 570,937.5 yuan for the whole year.
