摘要
智能、高效是目前橡胶挤出成型发展的方向,为了提高橡胶挤出半成品的质量,对橡胶挤出机温度控制系统原理进行了分析,建立了传递函数模型,对系统整体方案进行分析,设计了基于混合粒子群算法的Smith模糊PID料筒温度控制系统,通过MATLAB仿真验证了其响应快、抗干扰能力强、控制效果好的优势,为后续应用提供了 一定的参考.
Abstract
Intelligent and efficient is the direction of the current development of rubber extrusion moulding,in order to improve the quality of rubber extrusion semi-finished products,the principle of rubber extruder temperature control system has been analysed,the transfer function model has been established,the overall scheme of the system has been analysed,and the Smith fuzzy PID barrel temperature control system based on hybrid particle swarm algorithm has been designed,and the fast response has been verified through MATLAB simulation,anti-interference ability and good control effect,which provides some reference for subsequent applications.
