矿井提升机双冗余电控系统设计及应用

矿井提升机运行过程中,电控系统不断做功,随着运行高度及功率的增加,电控系统的发热量大及故障率高,造成矿井提升机的运行不稳定,影响煤矿的安全运行。针对这一问题,采用三电平四象限变频器进行系统的变频控制,并设计了双冗余电控系统,通过两套系统的协同,可实现对矿井提升机的独立控制及快速切换。对双冗余电控柜系统进行应用测试,可以实现矿井提升机较好的速度跟随特性,同时得到的输出电流呈正弦波分布,减少了谐波的冲击作用,提高提升机的安全稳定性。
Design and Application of Dual Redundant Electronic Control System for Mine Hoists
During the operation of mine hoist,the electric control system continuously does work,and with the increase of operating height and power,the electric control system generates a large amount of heat and has a high failure rate,which results in the unstable operation of mine hoist and affectss the safe operation of the coal mine.To address this problem,a three-dielectric flat four-quadrant inverter is used for the inverter control of the system,and a dual-redundant electronic control system is designed,which can realise independent control and fast switching of the mine hoist through the synergy of the two systems.The application test of the dual redundant electric control cabinet system can achieve better speed following characteristics of the mine hoist,while the output current obtained is sinusoidal wave distribution,which reduces the impact effect of harmonics and improves the safety and stability of the hoist.
