带式输送机软制动控制系统设计

设计了基于工作制动和安全恒减速制动相独立的制动控制系统,并就其制动原理进行分析,可以满足软制动控制需求;进行PLC主控制系统的硬件框架设计和电路板的算法框架设计,对软件控制实现带式输送机恒减速控制的基本逻辑进行分析;对液压系统中旋转编码器和油压监测传感器元件进行选型设计,高精度传感器可以有效提升负反馈调节反应速率及液压系统控制的精确性。研究结果对煤矿机械设备的改进优化有一定参考借鉴意义。
Design of Soft Braking Control System for Belt Conveyor
The brake control system based on the working brake and safety constant deceleration brake is designed independently,and its braking principle is analyzed,which can meet the demand of soft brake control;the hardware framework design of PLC main control system and the algorithmic framework design of the circuit board are carried out,and the basic logic of the software control to realize the constant deceleration control of the belt conveyor is analyzed;the selection and design of the rotary encoder and the oil pressure monitoring sensor components of hydraulic system are carried out,and the high-precision sensors can effectively improve the negative braking control.The rotary encoder and oil pressure monitoring sensor in the hydraulic system are selected and designed,and the high-precision sensor can effectively improve the response rate of negative feedback regulation and the accuracy of hydraulic system control.The results of the study have certain reference significance for the improvement and optimization of coal mine machinery and equipment.
