带式输送机滚筒轴承故障预警系统研究

为提高带式输送机滚筒轴承故障预警能力,降低轴承故障影响并提升带式输送机运行可靠性,提出了基于振动信号分析的滚筒轴承故障预警系统,并进行工程应用。构建的滚筒轴承故障预警系统通过加速度传感器实时获取轴承振动信号,通过综合小波软阈值降噪、EEMD包络调节算法对振动数据进行提取分析,以便实现轴承滚动体、内圈以及外圈工作诊断、定位以及预警。应用表明,构建的滚筒轴承故障预警系统可实现轴承无故障、故障诊断、预警工作效率较高,有助于提高轴承故障早期排查、检修等工作开展效率并增强带式输送机运行可靠性。
Research on Early Warning System for Belt Conveyor Drum Bearing Failure
In order to improve the early warning capability of belt conveyor drum bearing failure,reduce the impact of bearing failure and improve the reliability of belt conveyor operation,a drum bearing failure warning system based on vibration signal analysis is proposed and applied in engineering.The constructed drum bearing fault early warning system obtains bearing vibration signals in real time through acceleration sensors,and extracts and analyses the vibration data through comprehensive wavelet soft threshold noise reduction and EEMD envelope adjustment algorithm to achieve the diagnosis,positioning and early warning of the bearing rolling body,inner ring and outer ring.The application shows that the constructed roller bearing fault early warning system can realise the bearing fault-free,fault diagnosis,early warning work efficiency is high,which helps to improve the bearing fault early investigation,overhaul and other work to carry out the efficiency and enhance the reliability of the operation of the belt conveyor.
