摘要

为降低乳化液泵站能耗,提升其工作可靠性和安全性,设计了乳化液泵站变频自动控制系统,主要利用PLC可编程控制器对变频器实现控制,并对系统变频器、传感器等进行选型,同时,还引入模糊PID控制,仿真结果表明该控制明显优于常规PID控制,控制效果好.经现场应用后,该系统不仅能够实现乳化液泵站的自动控制,且运行可靠,还可节约23%左右的电能,能耗损耗低.

Abstract

In order to reduce the energy consumption of emulsion pumping station and improve its working reliability and safety,a frequency conversion automatic control system for emulsion pumping station is designed,which mainly uses PLC programmable controller to control the frequency converter,and selects system frequency converter and sensors,etc.At the same time,it also introduces fuzzy PID control,and the simulation results show that the control is obviously superior to the conventional PID control,and the control effect is good.After the field application,the system can not only achieve the automatic control of the emulsion pumping station,and reliable operation,but also can save about 23%of the power,low energy loss.
