局部高硬度金属零件裂纹缺陷的工艺分析与研究解决

在机械加工中,对于一些使用工况下有冲击强度要求的零部件,在其受力面常常需要有很高的硬度,同时为了最大程度降低这类零件在使用过程中的磨损,增加使用寿命,在其端面有较高的粗糙度要求,这类零件一般在加工时都采用先热处理提高硬度,再通过磨削加工提高粗糙度的工艺方法。但是在这个过程中,可能会发生在加工表面出现裂纹的情况,裂纹对于金属零件属于非常严重的缺陷,通过列举某型号发动机气门顶端在加工过程中出现的裂纹情况,分析其产生的原因,并通过研究给出一些裂纹提早发现和解决的方案。
Process Analysis and Research Solution of Crack Defects in Localised High Hardness Metal Parts
In machining,for some of the use of working conditions have impact strength requirements of the parts,in its force surface often need to have a high hardness,at the same time in order to minimise the wear and tear of such parts in the process of use,to increase the service life of the end face of the higher roughness requirements,these parts are generally used in the machining of the heat treatment to improve the hardness,and then improve the roughness of the process through grinding.But in this process,may occur in the processing surface cracks,cracks for metal parts belong to very serious defects,by listing a certain type of engine valve tip in the machining process of cracks,analysis of its causes,and through the study gives some cracks early discovery and solution to the programme.
