摘要
水冲式头尾焦处理装置中一个关键环节为水箱中焦粉沉淀的分离,在水箱中装入螺旋捞渣机可以高效率的将焦粉不定期排出,减少工人的劳动强度并能节约用水.经过技术比对分析,对沉淀水箱的应用,提高了刮板机的使用效率,提升了经济效益.
Abstract
One of the key links in the water flushing head and tail coke treatment device is the separation of coke powder precipitation in the water tank,and the installation of the spiral slag collector in the water tank can discharge the coke powder at irregular intervals with high efficiency,which can reduce the labor intensity of the workers and save water.After technical comparison and analysis,the application of precipitation water tank improves the use of the scraper,reduces the damage efficiency and improves the economic efficiency.
