Input Shaft Fracture Treatment of Mining Belt Conveyor Reducer
In underground coal mining,belt conveyor,as a key coal conveying equipment,needs to do a good job of braking to ensure the safety and efficiency of transportation.Combined with the transportation operation of some coal mines,the reducer of its belt conveyor,under the interference of many factors such as environment and operational intensity,is prone to input shaft fracture problems,which can easily cause the overall operation of the conveyor.Based on this,an overview of the production of a coal mine is carried out,the problem of input shaft fracture is proposed,and then the specific causes of the problem and the treatment strategy are studied,and the treatment program is proposed in terms of the installation method of the hydraulic coupling and the design concept of the reducer.After testing,the optimized solution can reduce the input shaft fracture failure rate and protect the underground transportation.
