围绕爪型无油干式真空泵进行了研究.介绍了爪型真空泵的结构及工作原理,重点从润滑油系统维护保养、泵腔系统维护保养两方面研究了爪型真空泵的维护及保养,并分析了爪型真空泵的常见故障及异常情况,以及拆卸、回装注意事项.
Abstract
A study was carried out around the claw-type oil-free dry vacuum pump.It introduces the structure and working principle of claw-type vacuum pump,focuses on the maintenance of lubricating oil system and pump chamber system,and analyses the common faults and abnormalities of claw-type vacuum pump,as well as the disassembly and reassembly precautions.
