In the current underground mining of coal mine,it is easy to be affected by underground water gushing,and it is necessary to draw out the gushing water in time with the application of drainage pump to improve the safety of underground mining.However,affected by the poor mine environment and lack of maintenance,the drainage pump is prone to more problems in actual operation,how to effectively warn and deal with the problem of the drainage pump in advance has become a problem that many mining companies need to consider in implementing the principle of safe mining.Based on this,the fault diagnosis method is described,the characteristics of common faults are analyzed in detail,and specific treatment strategies are proposed in order to improve the application effect of the drainage pump and meet the needs of efficient production in the underground.
