摘要

提出了压裂返排液预处理工序中的复合预处理的工艺及装置,可有效解决返排液预处理工艺的设备体积大、设备多的难题,结合压裂返排液特点,结合压裂返排液预处理工艺要求,专门设计研发了复合预处理一体机.为了确定其结构参数,对压裂返排液成分进行了分析,确定了复合预处理一体机本体结构及药剂添加量,并对水质进行了分析.

Abstract

The composite pretreatment process and device in the fracturing return fluid pretreatment process are proposed,which can effectively solve the problem of large equipment volume and equipment in the return fluid pretreatment process.Combined with the characteristics of the fracturing return fluid and the requirements of the fracturing return fluid pretreatment process,the composite pretreatment machine has been designed and developed specifically.In order to determine its structural parameters,the composition of fracturing return fluid was analyzed,the structure of the body of the composite pretreatment integrated machine and the amount of chemicals added were determined,and the water quality was analyzed.
