摘要
介绍一种电除尘器设备整体滑移技术及其装置,该装置安装在电除尘器底圈梁边部,采用液压同步滑移技术和计算机控制系统,从而完成重型设备安装就位作业.该装置可根据重型设备的特征灵活进行工况配置,拆装便捷.主要针对电除尘器设备整体的纵向滑移技术进行描述和总结,旨在为后续类似工程提供一种可鉴的施工技术.
Abstract
This paper introduced an overall sliding technology of ESP equipment and its device,which is installed at the edge of the bottom ring beam of ESP,adopting hydraulic synchronous sliding technology and computer control system,so as to complete the installation of heavy equipment in place.The device can be flexibly configured according to the characteristics of heavy equipment,and it is convenient to disassemble and install.This paper mainly describes and summarises the longitudinal sliding technology of the whole ESP equipment,aiming to provide a kind of construction technology for the subsequent similar projects.
