Large inclination angle belt conveyor plays a key role in coal mine production,but it is also accompanied by problems such as belt slippage,material rolling and flying car,etc.In this paper,the overall scheme of large inclination angle belt conveyor is designed according to the original parameters of the conveyor belt,and the key technologies such as soft starting and soft braking,computer,frequency conversion speed control and anti-rolling material design are researched and applied,and the industrial test of large inclination angle belt conveyor in the face of the working surface is successfully completed,which provides a good opportunity for the subsequent industrial test of the belt conveyor in the working face.It has successfully completed the industrial test of the super large inclined angle belt conveyor in the working face,which lays the foundation for the research of the subsequent super large inclined angle belt conveyor.
