采煤机传动系统振动载荷控制技术的应用分析

针对采煤机传动系统运行过程中传动系统动载荷情况突出,给采煤机的稳定运行带来严重影响,因此,提出了一种基于自抗扰转矩补偿的采煤机截割传动系统动载荷抑制方案,通过以弹性轴两侧的转速差为零作为控制目标,在电磁转矩控制基础上增加补偿转矩,实现了对采煤机传动系动载荷波动的有效抑制.根据实际应用表明,该控制系统能够实现对采煤机传动系统动载荷的有效抑制,极大地提升了采煤机的运行稳定性和安全性.
Aiming at the current situation that the dynamic load condition of transmission system is prominent during the operation of coal mining machine transmission system,which brings serious influence on the stable operation of coal mining machine,a dynamic load suppression scheme of coal mining machine cut-off transmission system based on self-resistant torque compensation is put forward,and the dynamic load fluctuation of coal mining machine transmission system is effectively suppressed by taking the difference of rotational speeds on both sides of the elastic shaft to be zero as the control target,and the compensating torque is increased on the basis of the electromagnetic torque control.By taking the zero speed difference between the two sides of the elastic shaft as the control target and adding the compensation torque on the basis of electromagnetic torque control,it achieves the effective suppression of the dynamic load fluctuation of the coal mining machine drive.According to the practical application,the control system can achieve effective suppression of dynamic load of coal mining machine drive system,which greatly improves the operation stability and safety of coal mining machine.
