In the operation of mining conveyor,more enterprises apply the industrial frequency control method,which not only has the problem of low efficiency and easy to be"suffocated",but also has the problem of energy consumption under more no-load,so it is necessary to control and improve the operation of the conveyor.Based on the understanding of frequency conversion speed control technology and the main vector structure,logic structure analysis,from the hardware part,software part and the system function of the three aspects of the conveyor frequency conversion speed control system for research,can make the conveyor combined with the actual transportation of the amount of coal to adjust the belt speed,increase the operating efficiency.The system is tested and analyzed to expect a good energy-saving effect and to meet the energy-saving and safety needs of underground transportation.
