摘要

介绍了一种创新的显示面板对刀切割生产线,旨在提高大尺寸显示面板的生产效率和产品质量.该生产线采用上下对刀切割结构,取代了传统生产模式,实现了大尺寸、薄厚度、低硬度显示面板的高效稳定切割.通过精确控制刀头压力和位置,结合自动掰断装置和智能化控制流程,显著降低了废品率并提升了生产自动化程度.实际应用验证表明,该生产线切割效果优异,满足液晶显示面板生产需求,推动了半导体显示产业的持续发展.

Abstract

This article introduces an innovative display panel cutting production line,aimed at improving the production efficiency and product quality of large-sized display panels.The production line replacing the traditional production mode and using the cutting structure with the upper and lower knives aligned,achieves efficient and stable cutting of large-sized,thin thickness,and low hardness display panels.By precisely controlling the pressure and position of the cutting head,combined with an automatic breaking device and intelligent control process,the scrap rate has been significantly reduced and the degree of production automation has been improved.Practical application verification shows that the production line has an excellent cutting effect,entirely meeting the production needs of LCD display panels and promoting the sustainable development of the semiconductor display industry.
