Noise Reduction Method for Vibration Signals of Roller Bearings of Multi-Point Driven Belt Conveyor
The current conveyor drum bearing vibration signal noise reduction control structure is generally set as a target type, the overall efficiency of noise reduction is low, resulting in a decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio,in order to put forward the design of multi-point drive belt conveyor drum bearing vibration signal noise reduction method.According to the current test requirements, the bearing vibration signal feature extraction is carried out first, and after realising the unilateral wave width comparison,a multi-stage approach is adopted to improve the overall efficiency of noise reduction and complete the multi-stage control processing.Based on this, the CEEMD adaptive roller bearing vibration signal noise reduction model is constructed, and the final noise reduction process is achieved by the way of blending correction. The final test results show that:in different inner ring fault frequency range, compared with the traditional adaptive variational modal decomposition bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group, the traditional improved stochastic resonance bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group, the designed CEEMD adaptive bearing vibration signal noise reduction test group can reach a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 80dB,the noise reduction effect has been further improved, and the noise reduction effect has been further improved. It has practical application value.
