基于模糊PID算法的阀门电动执行器控制方法

由于阀门电动执行器具有非线性、时变性等特点,导致传统控制方法很难达到理想的控制效果,提出基于模糊PID算法的阀门电动执行器控制方法。根据阀门电动执行器的结构特点,建立驱动电机环节的数学模型作为被控对象,在传统PID控制器中加入模糊理论形成模糊PID控制结构,输入相应参数得到控制信号,并将其输出到被控对象中,实现对阀门电动执行器的控制。实验结果表明,在设计方法控制阀门电动执行器的过程中施加突变信号扰动后,仅需0。58 s恢复稳态,证实了该方法抗干扰能力强、控制效果优。
Control Method of Valve Electric Actuator Based on Fuzzy PID Algorithm
Since the valve electric actuator has the characteristics of nonlinearity and time-varying,which makes it difficult for the traditional control method to achieve the ideal control effect,the control method of valve electric actuator based on fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed.According to the structural characteristics of the valve electric actuator,the mathematical model of the drive motor link is established as the controlled object,the fuzzy theory is added to the traditional PID controller to form the fuzzy PID control structure,the control signal is obtained by inputting the corresponding parameters,and the control signal is outputted to the controlled object to achieve the control of the valve electric actuator.The experimental results show that it takes only 0.58 s to restore the steady state after applying the abrupt signal perturbation in the process of controlling the electric actuator of the valve by the design method,which confirms that the method has strong anti-interference ability and excellent control effect.
