摘要
主要探讨轴承游隙对齿轮修形的影响,利用ROMAX软件对齿轮副建模分析,得到在不同轴承游隙工况下,对齿轮接触的影响,并求出对应工况齿面载荷分布系数,从而量化对齿轮安全系数的影响.在此基础上,提出了考虑轴承游隙情况齿轮修形优化方案,为提高齿轮传动的性能和可靠性提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract
The influence of bearing clearance on gear reshaping is mainly discussed,and ROMAX software is used to model and analyse the gear pair,to obtain the influence on gear contact under different bearing clearance conditions,and to find out the distribution coefficient of the corresponding working conditions of the tooth load,so as to quantify the influence on the gear's safety coefficient.On this basis,an optimisation scheme of gear trimming considering bearing clearance is proposed,which provides new ideas and methods to improve the performance and reliability of gear transmission.
