Dynamic Analysis of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Drive Roller
Taking the TD-75 belt conveyor as an example,a dynamic analysis method of coal mine belt conveyor drive roller based on finite element analysis is introduced.Through the method of dynamic analysis of the transmission drum,the dynamic drum size,material properties and other parameters,automatically constructed by the ANSYS software drum three-dimensional model,and then based on this,respectively,static analysis of the model,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,to determine whether the dynamic characteristics of the transmission drum is good,and to find the defects in the transmission drum in a timely manner,so as to provide support for the optimization and design of the transmission drum,so that the transmission drum can be optimized and designed.This will provide support for the optimization of the drive roller design,so that the drive roller can play a greater role in the working process of the belt conveyor.
