Design and Application of Magnetic Field Distribution of Magnetic Separator in Coal Processing Plant
In order to reduce the cost of coal beneficiation in coal processing plant,the magnetic field distribution of magnetic separator was designed.Firstly,based on ANSYS software,the width of the magnetic guide block and the material of the magnetic guide block were studied to determine the design of magnetic field distribution of the magnetic separator.Then,according to the designed magnetic field distribution of the magnetic separator for application research,the results show that the magnetic material recovery index is better,for the coal processing plant magnetic separator provides a theoretical basis for the actual production.
