高速电梯轿厢系统水平振动的滑模控制研究

为提高电梯提轿厢控制系统的鲁棒性,保证其乘坐舒适度,设计了自适应滑模控制(IM-SMC)策略衰减系统的水平振动,相比被动减振,不论轻重载工况,IM-SMC控制的轿厢系统水平振动位移、加速度最大值降幅基本均在80%以上,表明电梯运行稳定且舒适;且轿厢所受耦合、气动激励力也无明显波动,主动抑制效果好。并经应用验证IM-SMC控制下的平均乘梯时间缩短至38。1 s,提升电梯性能。
Research on Sliding Mode Control of Horizontal Vibration of High-Speed Elevator Car System
In order to improve the robustness of the elevator lift car control system and ensure its ride comfort,this paper designs an adaptive sliding mode control(IM-SMC)strategy to attenuate the horizontal vibration of the system.Compared with passive vibration reduction,regardless of light or heavy load conditions,the maximum reduction in horizontal vibration displacement and acceleration of the IM-SMC controlled car system is basically over 80%,indicating that the elevator operates stably and comfortably;Moreover,there is no significant fluctuation in the coupling and aerodynamic excitation forces on the lift car,and the active suppression effect is good.And through application verification,the average elevator travel time under IM-SMC control is reduced to 38.1 seconds,improving elevator performance.
