采煤机齿轨轮齿形对啮合接触强度的影响

针对目前采煤机国产齿轨轮寿命低于进口齿轨轮的问题,运用ABAQUS仿真分析软件完成了两种齿轨轮接触强度分析,结果表明,进口齿轨轮整个啮合过程中的最大应力低于国产齿轮,体现出进口齿轨轮复合曲线齿面的接触性能是优于国产齿轨轮渐开线齿面的。同时,进口齿轨轮的齿顶圆直径、齿厚和齿根厚度方面均优于国产齿轨轮。故啮合接触应力低和结构尺寸大是进口齿轨轮使用寿命高于国产齿轨轮的主要原因,是国产齿轨轮优化的重点考虑方向。
Influence of Tooth Shape on Meshing Contact Strength of Coal Mining Machine Toothed Track Wheels
Aiming at the problem that the life span of domestic toothed rail wheel of coal mining machine is lower than that of imported toothed rail wheel,ABAQUS simulation and analysis software was used to complete the analysis of contact strength of two kinds of toothed rail wheels,and the results show that the maximum stress of imported toothed rail wheels throughout the meshing process is lower than that of domestic gears,which shows that the contact performance of the composite curvilinear tooth surface of the imported toothed rail wheels is superior to that of the domestic toothed rail wheels with involute tooth surface.At the same time,the imported toothed rail wheel toothed circle diameter,tooth thickness and root thickness are better than domestic toothed rail wheel.Therefore,low meshing contact stress and large structural size are the main reasons why the service life of imported toothed rail wheel is higher than that of domestic toothed rail wheel,and it is the key consideration direction for the optimisation of domestic toothed rail wheel.
