摘要
以SGB62040T煤矿刮板输送机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的刮板输送机链传动系统动力学仿真分析方法.首先,将链传动系统相关参数录入到UG软件内,构建出整个链传动系统模型图,之后以此为基础,模拟分析链传动系统的动力学特性,以准确寻找出链传动系统中的薄弱点,为链传动系统结构的优化设计提供支持,确保刮板输送机能够安全、稳定地运行.
Abstract
Taking SGB62040T coal mine scraper conveyor as an example,we introduce a method of simulation and analysis of the dynamics of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor based on finite element analysis.Firstly,the relevant parameters of the chain drive system are entered into the UG software to construct the model diagram of the whole chain drive system,and then the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system are simulated and analysed on the basis of this method,so as to accurately find out the weak points of the chain drive system and provide support for the optimal design of the chain drive system structure,so as to ensure that the scraper conveyor can be operated in a safe and stable way.
