为进一步解决提升系统在紧急制动的可靠性和安全性,减少对系统造成冲击的问题,以永磁内装式矿井提升机为研究对象,在对其基本结构分析的基础上,基于Simulation X软件构建了液压制动系统仿真模型,并通过现场试验验证了模型的准确性。最后,对不同制动减速度对提升机紧急制动过程中电磁转矩、制动转矩以及钢丝绳张力的影响进行仿真分析,为实践生产中制定合理的紧急制动策略奠定理论基础。
Simulation Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Hoist System
In order to further solve the problems of reliability and safety of the hoisting system in emergency braking and reduce the impact on the system,taking the permanent magnet internally mounted mine hoist as an example,the simulation model of the hydraulic braking system was constructed based on Simulation X software on the basis of the analysis of its basic structure,and the accuracy of the model was verified through the on-site test.Finally,the influence of different braking deceleration speeds on the electromagnetic torque,braking torque and wire rope tension in the emergency braking process of the hoist is simulated and analysed,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the formulation of reasonable emergency braking strategies in practical production.
