结合传感器探测的起重机械运行故障预警研究

针对目前起重机械中制动器故障问题引起的诸多事故,为了提高安全性,实施精准预警。此次研究在传统传感器技术的基础上提出了加速传感器,通过数据采集和分析实际起重机械的运行状态,运用加速传感器进行故障识别,并结合信号处理进行故障预警。实验结果表明,结合加速传感器的起重机制动器能够进行故障准确预警,在制动器速度达到80 km/h或制动器温度达到350℃高温时,加速传感器会紧急发出预警,停止机械运转。此次,研究提出的将加速传感器运用到起重机制动器故障预警中具有可行性和准确性,同时该方法为提高起重机械的安全性和工作效率提供有益的参考和指导。
Research on Early Warning of Crane Operation Failure Combined with Sensor Detection
In view of the many accidents caused by brake failure problems in cranes,accurate warning is implemented in order to improve safety.This study proposes acceleration sensors on the basis of traditional sensor technology,through data acquisition and analysis of the actual operating state of cranes,using acceleration sensors for fault identification,and combined with signal processing for fault warning.The experimental results show that the crane brake combined with acceleration sensor can carry out accurate fault warning,in the brake speed reaches 80 km/h or brake temperature reaches 350 ℃ high temperature,the acceleration sensor will be emergency warning to stop the mechanical operation.This time,the study proposes the use of acceleration sensors to crane brake fault warning has the feasibility and accuracy,while the method for improving the safety and efficiency of lifting machinery to provide useful reference and guidance.
