基于决策树的市政施工装载机发动机故障识别方法研究

针对现有识别方法在对市政施工装载机发动机故障识别时,存在识别结果准确性低,且识别过程中无法实现对故障运行信号有效处理的问题,引入决策树,开展对市政施工装载机发动机故障识别方法的研究。利用决策树,实现对装载机发动机故障的分类;通过基本概率函数计算,实现决策信息融合基本概率分配,并按照分配结果完成对故障类型的准确识别。通过对比实验证明,新的识别方法在实际应用中可以实现对装载机发动机故障的准确识别,且在识别的过程中可以得到更清晰的故障信号运行轨迹,为装载机运行与维护提供有利依据。
Research on Engine Fault Identification Method of Municipal Construction Loader Based on Decision Tree
Aiming at the existing identification methods in the municipal construction loader engine fault identification,there are identification results of low accuracy,and the identification process can not be achieved on the fault operation signal effective processing problems,the introduction of decision tree,to carry out the municipal construction loader engine fault identification method research.Using the decision tree,the classification of loader engine faults is realised;through the calculation of basic probability function,the allocation of basic probability of decision-making information fusion is realised,and the accurate identification of fault types is completed according to the allocation results.Through comparison experiments,it is proved that the new identification method can achieve accurate identification of loader engine faults in practical application,and in the process of identification,a clearer fault signal trajectory can be obtained,which provides a favourable basis for the operation and maintenance of loaders.
