Research on Fatigue Fault Diagnosis Model for Structural Failure of Hoisting Machinery
Cranes are often used to lift heavy loads in construction projects,so the crane structure will be subject to corresponding wear and tear during the operation process.In order to predict the fatigue failure of crane mechanical structure,this study takes TKDLS400 model crane as the research object,adopts the stress method to detect the stress value of different structures of the crane,and constructs the fatigue number prediction and remaining fatigue service life model of the crane according to the linear relationship between the size of the stress value and the number of structural fatigue cycles.The experimental results show that in the crane detection of this research,the crane at the drum has the shortest remaining fatigue use number,only 5356 times,and the remaining service life is 11.6 years.Therefore,the fatigue fault diagnosis model of this research has certain practical value.
