综掘工作面风水联动除尘系统设计与应用

为改善掘进巷道除尘设备的除尘功率和井下煤矿作业工作环境,设计了风水联动除尘系统.基于掘进工作面现场实际情况,使风水联动除尘系统适用于工作面,并对风水联动除尘系统和该系统中的风水联动除尘器、脱水节和吸尘罩这些关键部件和安装进行设计研究与应用.在实际操作中,当风速超过300 m3/min时,净化空气的能力会达到极佳的水平,其中,全尘净化能力可以达到38.7%~55.4%,呼吸性粉尘净化能力可以达到31.2%~42.9%,从而达到高效的净化除尘效果.
In order to improve the dust removal power of the dust removal equipment in the roadway and the working environment of underground coal mine operation,an air-water linkage dust removal system is designed.Based on the actual situation on the site of digging face,the air-water linkage dust removal system is made applicable to the working face,and the key components and installations of the air-water linkage dust removal system and the air-water linkage dust collector,dewatering knuckle and dust suction hood in the system are designed,researched and applied.In practice,when the wind speed exceeds 300 m3/min,the ability to purify the air will reach an excellent level,in which the purification ability of the whole dust can reach 38.7%~55.4%,and for the respiratory dust,the purification ability can reach 31.2%~42.9%,so as to achieve the highly efficient purification and dust removal effect.
