综掘工作面风水联动除尘系统设计与应用

为改善掘进巷道除尘设备的除尘功率和井下煤矿作业工作环境,设计了风水联动除尘系统。基于掘进工作面现场实际情况,使风水联动除尘系统适用于工作面,并对风水联动除尘系统和该系统中的风水联动除尘器、脱水节和吸尘罩这些关键部件和安装进行设计研究与应用。在实际操作中,当风速超过300 m3/min时,净化空气的能力会达到极佳的水平,其中,全尘净化能力可以达到38。7%~55。4%,呼吸性粉尘净化能力可以达到31。2%~42。9%,从而达到高效的净化除尘效果。
Design and Application of Air-Water Linkage Dust Removal System for Comprehensive Excavation Working Face
In order to improve the dust removal power of the dust removal equipment in the roadway and the working environment of underground coal mine operation,an air-water linkage dust removal system is designed.Based on the actual situation on the site of digging face,the air-water linkage dust removal system is made applicable to the working face,and the key components and installations of the air-water linkage dust removal system and the air-water linkage dust collector,dewatering knuckle and dust suction hood in the system are designed,researched and applied.In practice,when the wind speed exceeds 300 m3/min,the ability to purify the air will reach an excellent level,in which the purification ability of the whole dust can reach 38.7%~55.4%,and for the respiratory dust,the purification ability can reach 31.2%~42.9%,so as to achieve the highly efficient purification and dust removal effect.
