摘要
挖掘机用旋挖钻机,工作范围广,可以弥补传统旋挖钻机的局限,应用越来越广泛.然而在一些钻孔施工中,经常因不平衡加压导致钻头钻杆设备损坏,耽搁工程进度.考虑到伸缩臂减震性与灵活性的特点,对此问题提供很大的帮助.基于此,有必要将二者进行结构结合改良.该设备运行前要熟知使用规范,平时作业时应注重正确的使用方法和保养保护措施,以延长使用寿命.预计该设备在现实运用作业过程中,将会发挥极高的作业效率,具有重要的使用价值.
Abstract
Rotary drilling rigs for excavators have a wide working range,which can make up for the limitations of traditional rotary drilling rigs and are more and more widely used.However,in some drilling construction,the drill bit and pipe equipment are often damaged due to unbalanced pressure,which delays the progress of the project.Considering the vibration absorption and flexibility of the telescopic arm will greatly help this problem.For this reason,it is necessary to combine the two structures.The equipment should be familiar with the use specifications before operation,and should pay attention to the correct use methods and maintenance and protection measures during normal operation to extend the service life..It is expected that the equipment will exert extremely high operating efficiency in the actual operation process and has important use value.
