销轴类产品尺寸公差保证加工方法的研究

摘要
随着工业化进程不断推进,航空航天等机械行业对销轴类产品需求量持续增加.销轴类产品具有稳定、耐用等应用优势,但其较高的尺寸精度成为机械加工的难点.如何基于传统方法进行加工方式改进,成为当前亟待解决的问题.研究了刀具、工装、加工参数及工艺路线对销轴类产品加工精度的影响,通过过渡配合平板夹具工装夹具的应用,保证质量稳定可靠,有效提升加工效率,为销轴类产品加工提供实践基础.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of industrialisation,the demand for pins and shafts in the aerospace and other machinery industries continues to increase.Pins and shafts have the advantages of stability,durability and other applications,but their high dimensional accuracy has become a difficult point in machining.How to improve the machining method based on the traditional method has become an urgent problem to be solved.The study of the tool,tooling,machining parameters and process routes on the pin shaft products machining accuracy,through the transition with the application of flat plate fixture jigs and fixtures,to ensure stable and reliable quality,and effectively improve the machining efficiency for the pin shaft products processing to provide a practical basis.
