摘要
液压卷带装置是带式输送机的重要组成部分,对于确保带式输送机的安全运行极为重要.在对带式输送机液压卷带装置工作原理进行分析的基础上,进行了液压系统的研发,并对其装配、优化和修护方法进行了分析及总结,对于液压卷带装置的设计及安全使用具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
The hydraulic tape reel device is an important part of the belt conveyor and is extremely important to ensure the safe operation of the belt conveyor.After an in-depth analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic tape reel device of the belt conveyor,we carried out the research and development of the hydraulic system,and analyzed and summarized the installation,debugging and maintenance methods of the hydraulic tape and reel device of the belt conveyor,which has certain guiding significance for the design and safe use of the hydraulic tape and reel device.
