R&D of Precision Pneumatic Chuck for Machine Tool Processing
In the finishing process of CNC machine tools,the sudden change of automatic chuck clamping force can cause shape error,position error and roundness error of ring-shaped workpiece in machine tool finishing.Through the development and design of precision pneumatic chuck for CNC machine tool machining,the problem of sudden change of clamping force of pneumatic chuck can be solved effectively to promote the scientific and technological progress of China's CNC machine tools,and provide an analytical basis and theoretical reference for the design of other products of the same kind.
