摘要
厨余垃圾处理器的刀片及处理流程对垃圾处理效果影响较大,基于此,提出增加4Cr材质的啮齿式双齿辊粉碎结构,并基于AT89C51设计了二次研磨及脱水干燥流程,能有效改善研磨不充分的问题并且实现自动化处理,为家用厨余垃圾处理器的创新设计提供了参考.
Abstract
The blade and processing flow of kitchen waste processor have great influence on the effect of waste treatment.For this reason,this article proposes to add a meshing double tooth roller crushing structure made of 4Cr material,and based on AT89C51,the secondary grinding and dehydrating drying process is designed,which can effectively solve the problem of insufficient grinding and achieve automatic processing,and provide a reference for the innovative design of household kitchen waste disposal.
