Design and Application of Roadway Wind-Activated Coal-Clearing Device
Based on the problems of labour intensity,low safety coefficient and poor coal clearing effect of traditional manual coal clearing in the roadway,Beixinyao Mine has designed a set of wind-operated coal clearing device through technical research.The device is mainly powered by static pressure wind,which solves the technical problems of poor explosion-proof performance and high energy consumption of traditional power equipment.Through the field application effect,the device has the advantages of good coal clearing effect,high efficiency,convenient operation,low failure rate,etc.It is suitable for all kinds of mining roadway,and has achieved remarkable application results.
