沁和能源集团永安煤矿井下采用单轨吊机车辅助运输系统,单轨吊机车输送过程中常发生单轨吊撞坏风门的安全现象,导致人员伤亡和财产损失。基于此,针对性设计了一种煤矿风门防撞联动阻车保护装置。在风门没有打开状态下单轨吊机车靠近风门后会直接撞到保护装置上,避免因操作不当而撞坏风门,实践应用效果理想。
