Design and Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Balancing Valve with Adaptive Throttling
In order to improve the control accuracy of hydraulic counterbalance valve,a hydraulic counterbalance valve with adaptive throttling is designed by adding a new flow test link to compensate for the back pressure deviation generated by the flow by using the non-linear valve opening.Modified balancing valve can adapt to load changes according to different operating conditions hydraulic balancing valve encountered throttle port flow changes, the same will lead to changes in back pressure.Optimisation analysis was carried out using the simulation software Simulink. The results show that the equilibrium state is reached at 0.17 s and the new counterbalance valve achieves a better dynamic response. The new counterbalance valve achieves a better dynamic response and can reach the equilibrium state in a shorter time, which can meet the practical requirements. This study helps to improve the energy-saving effect of the counterbalance valve and lays the foundation for the subsequent parameter optimisation.
