生产计划的盲目性会导致生产计划存在较大盲点,需要根据市场柔性需求的情况制定生产计划、设计装配线和调配劳动力。基于此,从平均劳动力利用率的角度进行装配线设计研究。通过考虑单位时间内的产量、工作时间、产能利用率等关键因素,可以进行千斤顶的产能计算和评估,以指导生产线的规划和优化。针对某公司的千斤顶装配线,通过分析工位所需时间和工人数量的调整,提高装配线的生产效率。同时,针对不同的需求量和订单情况,设计不同的装配线调整方案。通过综合考虑工序时间、闲置时间和利用率等因素,选择适当的方案来满足市场需求,帮助中小制造企业解决管理瓶颈问题,提高生产效率和竞争力,实现可持续发展。
Design of Jack Assembly Line in Case of Flexible Capacity
The blindness of the production plan will lead to the existence of large blind spots in the production plan,and it is necessary to formulate the production plan,design the assembly line and deploy the labour force in accordance with the flexible demand of the market.Based on this,assembly line design is studied from the perspective of average labour utilization.By considering key factors such as production per unit of time,working time,and capacity utilisation,capacity calculation and evaluation of jacks can be carried out to guide the planning and optimisation of production lines.For a company's jack assembly line,the production efficiency of the assembly line is improved by analysing the time required for the work stations and the adjustment of the number of workers.At the same time,different assembly line adjustment schemes are designed for different demand and order situations.By comprehensively considering factors such as process time,idle time and utilisation rate,we choose appropriate solutions to meet the market demand and help small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to solve management bottlenecks,improve productivity and competitiveness,and achieve sustainable development.
