摘要
介绍了在焦化厂干熄焦除盐水箱液位测量中,先后使用磁翻板液位计和静压投入式液位计时遇到的问题,简述了磁翻板液位计、静压投入式液位计、超声波液位计和雷达液位计的工作原理,以及在此测量液位遇到的问题.经过分析讨论,提出使用压力变送器测量除盐水箱的液位,介绍了其工作原理、改造方案和注意事项,实现了检修方便、运行稳定、故障率低的目的.
Abstract
Introduces the problems encountered in the level measurement of dry quench coke desalination water tank in the coking plant when using magnetic flip-plate level meter and static pressure input level meter successively,briefly describes the working principle of magnetic flip-plate level meter,static pressure input level meter,ultrasonic level meter and radar level meter,as well as the problems encountered in the measurement of liquid level here.After analysis and discussion,it is proposed to use the pressure transmitter to measure the liquid level of the desalination tank,and its working principle,transformation scheme and precautions are introduced to achieve the purpose of easy maintenance,stable operation and low failure rate.
