Design and Flow Field Analysis of a Micro-Centrifugal Compressor Return Vessel
The design of the refluxer matched with a centrifugal compressor and the simulation of the internal flow field of the refluxer are carried out.Design and simulation process:According to the basic dimensions of the compressor,the two-dimensional dimensions of the refluxer are designed.According to the designed dimensions,three-dimensional modelling is carried out.According to the finite element software,the simulation is carried out to analyse the velocity and pressure flow field of the refluxer with 8 and 9 refluxer blades,respectively.The results show that increasing the number of returnee blades can make the pressure distribution and velocity distribution at the outlet of the returnee more uniform and reduce the loss in the flow process.However,the mean pressure at the outlet decreases more with an increase in the number of reflower blades.
